My "why" started with a love for movement and a desire to help people live their healthiest, most capable lives.

Growing up in Canada, sports was a central part of who I was, and I saw firsthand how injuries could take away more than just physical ability, but how they could affect confidence, purpose, and joy. That inspired me to pursue a degree in Kinesiology, where I developed a deep understanding of how the body moves and heals.

I worked as an athletic trainer, helping athletes recover from injuries and return to perform the sport they loved. But over time, I began to realise that true healing required more than just physical rehabilitation, it required addressing the nervous system and the body's ability to adapt and function at its best. That realisation led me to chiropractic.

I moved to New Zealand to attend New Zealand College of Chiropractic after my studies in Canada, where I was surrounded by incredible mentors and immersed myself in the science of neurologically-focused chiropractic care. It completely reshaped the way I viewed health. I learned that true health is not just about the absence of pain, but the body's ability to adapt, perform, and grow stronger through life's challenges. Since then, I have had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, from families and busy professionals to elite competitive athletes, helping them all move better, feel stronger, and live without limits.

Now based in The Netherlands with my fianceé, Maria, my mission is to help people move better, feel better, and live with greater resilience through neurologically-focused chiropractic care.

Outside of the practice you can find me discovering and enjoying new restaurants, working out in the gym, or studying for my certification in sports chiropractic (FICS), and I am hoping one day to be in the position to serve the elite athletes and teams of FC Utrecht.
